What is DropWise? DropWise is a mobile app that helps you track your daily water intake, set hydration goals, and stay hydrated with reminders and tips.
How do I get started with DropWise? Download the app, sign up with your email or Google, skip the onboarding if you prefer, and set your daily water goal in the "Objectifs" (Goals) section.
Using the App
How do I log my water intake? Tap the "+" button or water glass icon on the home screen, choose your cup size (e.g., 0.25L), and hit "Add" to log it.
How do I set a daily water goal? Go to "Objectifs" (Goals), enter your weight or a custom goal (e.g., 2L), and save. The app will show cups per day and hourly targets.
What do the reminders do? Set times (e.g., 07:00) in the "Objectifs" section, and enable notifications. You’ll get alerts 5 minutes before and at the exact time to drink.
Why does my cup turn transparent? When you log drinking a cup (e.g., 0.25L), it becomes transparent on the screen as a fun way to show you’ve completed it!
Troubleshooting
What if I miss a reminder? No worries! Log your water intake manually anytime, and adjust your reminder times in the "Objectifs" section.
How do I contact support? Go to "Settings" > "Help and Support" or use the Hydration Chatbot to ask questions or get help.
What happens if I clear app data? Clearing app data in "Privacy & Security" settings deletes your intake history, but you can start fresh after logging back in.
Account and Privacy
How do I change my username or email? Go to "My Profile" > "Settings" > "Account" > "Edit Account" to update your details.
Is my data safe? Yes! Enable "Backup and Encryption" in "Privacy & Security" settings to secure your data, and check the "Privacy Policy" for more info.
